Each answer is scored from 0 (least mature) to 3 (most mature). Your overall score is your total as a percentage of the maximum possible, and each section is scored the same way. Scores fall into four maturity bands: Reactive (0–39), Developing (40–59), Structured (60–79) and Optimized (80–100).
